Your images and prints will give you a lifetime of enjoyment… that is a guarantee.
If your portrait fades from its original color or brilliance, Action Jackson Koontz will replace it.
If your portrait becomes damaged, it will be replaced for 50% of current pricing, payable at the time of the order.
The original portrait must be returned to the studio.

All images are the property of Action Jackson Koontz – Studio and Productions and are copyright protected.
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author (creator) of the photograph the exclusive right to copy, edit, and distribute image by sale or transfer. These exclusive rights make it illegal to copy, scan, edit, or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer’s permission.
Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Be sure to discuss your copyright needs or questions with your photographer; reasonable requests may be accommodated.

Anyone who purchases a professional photograph owns the print, but not the right to make copies of it or reproduce it in any way.
This also includes digital images.
Action Jackson Koontz does include certain allowances in writing for purchased digital images.
